Make FolderSelectionModel follow the same code style as the rest · ab4cfd3c
      Simon Persson authored
No change of function whatsoever. The cleanup also include renaming variables and methods. Some restructuring of logic to make code shorter and clearer.

Fix wrong text message in advanced page · 52ceaa92

Both a spelling mistake and a logic mistake (the user only selects folders, never individual files)

Try to reduce confusion about what will get backed up · c6548ab5
      Simon Persson authored
The previous logic was to show a dashed (partial) checkmark for folders that has has something inside it that will get backed up, but the whole folder will not be included.
That caused some confusion, for example: if a folder "top" contains three subfolders A, B and C, then the following two scenarios would look the same in the selection widget but actually be very different:
      1. "top" selected, "A" and "B" deselected
      2. "C" selected
In both cases the "top" folder would be partially checked.
This change tries to make it clearer by only showing "top" folder partially checked in scenario 1. In scenario 2 it will not have a checkmark at all but will still be rendered with "active" text color, not the "disabled" color.
Also adds two more tool tip texts to clarify in more detail why it is shown the way it is.

Make libgit2 close packfile file descriptors when done. · 99f36f9b
      Simon Persson authored
A problem is that bup archives can easily have over 1000 pack files, which is not normal for a git repo. libgit2 has not been designed for that, it keeps file descriptors open (presumably as an optimization).
This is a bit hackish fix since it's only done in one place. Seems to be enough for now.

Add recording of logfile to kup-daemon · fe4ee6ea
      Simon Persson authored
Log is kept in users cache folder, only stores which commands get executed and stderr output from the commands. File is cleared at start of backup saving so it only ever shows the last run of a backup plan. One file for each backup plan.
Modify notification to include a "show log file" button. Add menu item for showing log file.
      Closes #1.

Bug fix for detecting mounts on a directory · d8cc8a6f
      Simon Persson authored
The fs plan executor did not detect when something got mounted on an existing directory. It only worked with udisk mounting since then a directory is created for use as mount point and kup detected the creation of the directory (and mount happened within 5 seconds after directory creation).
Now it also detect mounts on existing directories by monitoring /proc/mounts for changes, reads that file to find out if the watched directory turns up as a mount point.
      Fixes #12.
