Fixes issue #38. Since there now is filescanning in the settings module, use that to detect potential problems and warn the user about it. The problem is of course again that such problematic symlink could be added by the user after having created the backup plan. Again, it's a trade off, don't want to do more filescanning than necessary.

Fixes issue #39. Allow user to include (and as a bug fix, also exclude) folders which the user does not have read permission for. Add filescanning in the background to detect access permission problems for both files and folders, then show error message to user about the problem. This is not a perfect solution, but the best compromise I could think of. With this solution error message is only displayed during configuration. The main problem with that is if unreadable files are added after the backup plan is created then taking a new backup will fail but no simple error message.

It seems the root item gets locked, can't get expanded or collapsed. So it needs to be expanded on creation otherwise it remains collapsed and can't be expanded by user. Useless. Also clean up code a bit for the logic to expand to show selected folders.

A user reported that his USB 3 harddrive shows up under SATA bus as removable but not hotpluggable (according to solid, it is of course hotpluggable) Change to show such devices also, don't think this change will cause any false positives.

Also, don't try to check content... no way for QMimeDatabase to access repo data, need kio for that.

Since daemon will not run after user has upgraded, no point to put migration there. Instead, user will have to open settings, things will get migrated then.
