[android] Support stylus barrel rotation

Previously the Android stylus input read the tilt orientation as the stylus barrel rotation, which is bogus. It now reads the Z rotation axis instead, which is how Wacom styluses input barrel rotation, which is hopefully what other styluses will do as well.
