- set append="first_menu" attribute for Session, Project, Run and Navigation menus
  to make them appear before File menu without any hacks
- add <Merge/> to the main menubar before "Window" menu. during embedding the menus
  which aren't specified in kdevelopui.rc will go there instead of going after Help (which is ugly)
