Orca is not capable to read the dialog for adding plasmoids. 1. right click on panel, 2. add plasmoid 3. navigate in the browser it seems that the browser is fully keyboard navigate able but the currently selected element and its description is not spoken by orca. i assume the accessiblity name / description is missing or an issue in focus handling.
