Create a list of applications/scenarios we want to test

Create a list of applications/scenarios -- in which the vast majority of the computing work is carried out on the local computer -- that KDE Eco wants to test, e.g., Okular, Kate/KWrite (vs. Visual Studio or Gedit), Qt applications, etc.
