move apt gpg keys

apt gpg keys are in the deprecated place Key is stored in legacy trusted.gpg keyring (/etc/apt/trusted.gpg), see the DEPRECATION section in apt-key(8) for details.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
