System wakeup from suspend is disabled on pmOS because powerdevil crashes with musl libc when the binary has `CAP_WAKE_ALARM` set. This prevents kclock from being able to wake up the device when an alarm rings on pmOS: https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=428795
