Some useful functionality that was completely flake-related
is now in flake itself, like the cup, copy and paste controllers.

In a next refactor, FlakeColor will go again :-(.

Note: I moved KoRTree from KoMain to flake, since it was used by
flake and kspread, and kspread uses flake anyway.
