Move code from KoCanvasControllerWidget to KoCanvasController
Rename KoCanvasControllerWidget_p to KoCanvasControllerWidgetViewport_p
to indicate that that is the class it contains.
Move the activate() method to KoCanvasController to make KoToolManager
work with other implementations of canvas controllers
