Fixed a crash due to calls to projection->set{X,Y}()

We can't adjust projection's offset on every call to
KisSafeProjection::getDeviceLazy() because other threads may *write*
to this device at the same time. So we adjust its shift only once,
that is on projection's initialization.

Port all filters and plugins from KGenericFactory + K_EXPORT_COMPONENT_FACTORY to K_PLUGIN_FACTORY + K_EXPORT_PLUGIN
This fixes all the "does not offer a qt_plugin_instance function" warnings at runtime.

Port all filters and plugins from KGenericFactory + K_EXPORT_COMPONENT_FACTORY to K_PLUGIN_FACTORY + K_EXPORT_PLUGIN
This fixes all the "does not offer a qt_plugin_instance function" warnings at runtime.

There is no reason for the registries and the factories the registries
contain to be QObjects. The only thing it was used for was the
parent-child relation so the factories would be deleted on shutdown.

The objects would thus both be in the hashmap and in the list of
children of the registry, effectively clouding the ownership relation.

To make all registries in KOffice consistent in usage, the destructors
of the registries now delete their contents, there is no parent-child
relationship anymore.

It also saves memory and makes it clear where all these objects are
destroyed

Plugins that extend the new KoTextEditingPlugin baseclass will get
notifies every time the user finishes a word and/or paragraph.
The autocorrection plugin currently does just one thing; it replaces normal
quotes with typographic open quotes.  Mostly for demo purposes.

This commit introduces variables as name-value pairs which can be inserted
in the text and all variables will be updated when you alter the value
in the variableManager.

assuming there will be one factory per variable-type.  This allows
one variable-factory to supply multiple variable types. For example,
a date-variable can supply 'fixed' dates and 'last printed' dates etc.

Start work on a date variable plugin.  I still have some troubles
getting cmake to actually compile more then one file in there before
it starts linking.  I must be doing something wrong, but I fail to see
what it is.

The toolFactory still returns a KoID on id(), so the impact should
be minimal.  The advantage is that other classes do not have to
provide an 'id/name' combination when in reality they are only
capable of providing the 'id' part.
Also implement the id->enum for compiler safety.

the toolmanager loads tools from all libraries that ship a .desktop file
with the serviceType KOffice/Tool.
They will then automatically appear in the toolBox of the application
and change the tool on the canvas should the user click it.
