This fixes some names and some TRCs.

This adds a advanced GUI for the color profiles.
With this users can make more informed decisions of which color profile to
pick. It works best on RGB profiles, and I will attempt to make it work for
CMYK and other spaces better after GSoC is over. I just need to contact LCMS
with some questions.

Also added is a new set of Elle's profiles.

We've found some problems with it, I'm afraid.
 I should have done a better job testing this patch.

Allowing to configure the install location, which is helpful with a
multiarch layout, where prefix might be something like /usr/<arch> but
arch independent data should be installed to /usr/share/...

this commit, since the file was edited manually in hex-editor :)

It looks like to take full advantage of lcms's unbounded ability,
linear gamma profiles need to use a linear gamma curve rather than a
points curve. So I've attached a corrected linear gamma sRGB profile.
Again, feel free to ignore/discard.

add the changes to the cmake file

... or those remaining with unclear license.

These are copyrighted by Heidelberg, who do not provide free licenced data.

People will be able to share them using GHNS, so we don't need to package
all those megabytes.

move the CMYK to a subdirectory of libs/pigment (this is probably not an optimal solution, but no reasonnable true solution appeared in two weeks, and as files are easy to move, if a better solution comes, those files will be easily moved to an other location, so don't worry !)
