      Introduce ref-counting to the borders. · 320c18b4
      Thomas Zander authored
      This fixes the long open problem that we lost memory whenever we used borders. Especially since
      it is possible to share a border with many shapes.
      This fixes all those issues, while still allowing a border to be shared between multiple shapes.

      Refactor text-tools ability to mark text-selections as bold/italic. · 31cf07e1
      Thomas Zander authored
      Providing a widget with text options is rather limiting; problems include the inability
      of the user to configure the keyboard shortcuts for the actions and the actions can not
      appear in the menu or on a toolbar.
      So, lets forget that and instead provide a new class in the KoText library that can be
      used to do all the work, while applications can provide actions to actually do it.
      Actions which are fully configurable.

      Finish migration to have one plugin loader for flake plugins. · e258d195
      Thomas Zander authored
      Each plugin will have a KService factory only one time and it can now
      choose from being a Shape-only plugin, a Tool-only plugin or to be
      a plugin of type "KOffice/Flake" which can contain both types.

      This solves the weirdness that if you had both a shape and a tool
      you had to choose one and do some magic in the constructor to have
      the other type known as well.

      As it can be seen as a bit odd that the way to add/remove a shape is to fetch · afa2118f
      Thomas Zander authored
      a Tool, I split the class and made the API so all adding/removing now goes via
      the KoShapeController class.

      Tools that want to add/delete something should do a:
        KoShapeController *sc = KoToolManager::instance()->shapeController(m_canvas)
      and eventually things like  sv->deleteShape(myShape);
