Layer Styles decorations should inherit channel flags and master opacity
from the parent layer. For controlling the opacity of the real layer plane
there should be special Fill parameter that is going to be implemented later.

Now just press an icon in the layer box and you'll get photoshop-like
behavior of the group, that is the children layers will be merged as if
they were not in the group.

Still TODO:

1) Create a proper icon for the layer properties item
2) Implement loading/saving layers into Photoshop's PSD
3) Test, test and test! :)

KisProjectionLeaf is a special interface of KisNode that provides a
separate image graph for rendering. This interface is use by all walkers
and by async merger. The rest of Krita uses the basic one.
