The filling bounds are still a rect bounding the image but
you can click multiple times at any point of the canvas to
achieve your goal. The main problem is solved, you can press
at any point of the canvas.

The actual value for this key is invalid for a date field,
so exiv2 asserts on it.

add themed arrow icons for Resize canvas

workaround for this icon that doesn't switch with color theme

add a new icon for dirty preset

Done in the 2.9 branch to keep the code as close as possible to what
we have in frameworks; in frameworks, kio asserts if there is no sycoca
which means we have to drop using kio.

We lose network transparent file access, but a) I am sure that no artist
was using that anyway and b) that only works with the KDE file dialog
which is available only to a minority of users and c) having that code
separately in every filter was a mistake anywhere, we weren't consistent
so some filters had the code and others didn't.

add new icons for on-canvas assistants activation state

This reverts commit ae00bf64f3e2bf5ced79cf06e3f013c460c854ae and fixes the problem
described in BUG 351009 by creating a transformation per thread as some seem to be
not thread save.

Summary: The path tool and select path tool will install an event filter to inctercept right click events and right double click events.
