Fix the sig/slot connection for the x,y statusbar label

And comment it out again: the original bug from 2010 is gone,
but the position isn't updated while painting or actually
using a tool, which makes it less than useful.

Our rulers have the same bug, actually. It saves a lot of
cpu time, but it makes the feature a bit empty.
