tsv is a supported filetype and should have a filter option

SUMMARY

• Tab separated csv files will separate out the question from the answer. However, this would not be considered a csv file but a tsv file. Since KWordQuiz already supports tsv files, a filter should be added in for tsv files.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

• If you have a tsv file ready for testing:

1. From the "Welcome" page, click on "Open Existing Document"

OBSERVED RESULT

• There is no filter option for tsv files.

EXPECTED RESULT

• There is a filter option for tsv files. Opening a tsv file will separate out the question from the answer using a tab separator.
