The preview code still contained all the old logic for embedding the
preview into another widget. Most of the code had been dead for quite
some time.

The only preview rendering code now is the one to render into a pixmap.
This is actually changed to render the widget directly at the right
position obsoleting the previous widget positioning code.

The no preview available label is dropped as it did not get rendered into
the pixmap at all.

Last but not least we fake that compositing is on. This has always been
the case for Aurorae themes and just looks better. Especially on Oxygen I
had always had some corruption when rendering this preview with
compositing disabled.

If not set to require password, don't start the grace period timer and
always consider in grace period.

It was safe to leak the grace timer when it was in the lock process,
since it was killed on unlock. Now it is not.

A password should always be required if the screenlocker is explicitly
triggered; but a screenlocker invoked while the grace timer from a
previous invocation is still active can be dismissed without a password,
at least for a short while. This also meant that the screenlocker
keyboard shortcut would not work until the grace timer expired.

No need for a WeakPointer as it's just used only in SceneOpenGL2.

By default, startkde still waits for remaining drkonqis with 15mins
timeout during the logout/shutdown procedure.

Run the following commands to configure that behavior :

    $ kwriteconfig --file startkderc --group WaitForDrKonqi --key Enabled false
    $ kwriteconfig --file startkderc --group WaitForDrKonqi --key Timeout 900

There is no GUI yet, so they are hidden options.
