createApplet message.  This significantly speeds things up with
applets with many parameters- so you could call it a bug fix:)

This also simplifies the code a lot on the java side

This fixes saving the result of a POST request to disk, as well as opening
it in another component than khtml (e.g. kwrite): the slave on hold wasn't
reused, so a GET request was issued instead.

forces TLS negotiation off when in SSLv2/SSLv3 mode.  The user _has_ to
choose between TLS and SSL now.  You don't get both.  I don't see this as
a particular problem, and judging by the havoc NS6 has caused, I think this
is the right choice.

Try enabling SSLv2 and SSLv3 and hit the sites that didn't work before.  All
the ones I've tried so far work fine.
