Most porting to use ecm_add_test and target_include_directories,
couple fixes of include paths and linking libraries. We try to make
sure that libs and apps don't have any other include paths other than
their own and those provided by their dependencies.

This will be useful in future if we try to split the kdepim repo.

With all the unnecessary stuff removed from there we need to link against
a lot more things explicitly.

Also, while at it, remove a few unused dependencies of libkdepim.

This is helpful on a multiarch layout where the prefix is /usr/$\{host\}
but arch-independent files should still be installed to /usr/share.

This is Qt5 now.

KPimUtils is about to be removed, and the relevant classes have been moved
to KCoreAddons and KCodecs.

It's unmaintained and already gone from Akonadi, KF5, kdepimlibs,
kdepim-runtime and Kontact Touch. So, pointless to keep it here.
