Basically all PIM applications moved from foo.desktop to org.kde.foo.desktop in 15.08,
which breaks Kickoff after updating. This adds kconf_update script for each application
to sed-replace the old .desktop name with the new one.

Most porting to use ecm_add_test and target_include_directories,
couple fixes of include paths and linking libraries. We try to make
sure that libs and apps don't have any other include paths other than
their own and those provided by their dependencies.

This will be useful in future if we try to split the kdepim repo.

We only use it indirectly nowadays, via KF5::Archive or Qt, so no need
to explicitly search for it and link against it.

Kontact was one of the very few KDE applications still using this
obsolete feature from the 90s.

Make sure that identities without valid emailaddresses are stripped out
of the search string.
