a couple of these are new in kdepimlibs, so this commit will
require an update of kdepimlibs master first.

      Finish fwd porting r1084898,r1084674,r1082633 (kolab/issueissue1765) · ef5a2397

Reduce complexity of all newEventSignals() by removing the defaultCollectionId parameter.

I did some changes, and now the same functionality can be reached by calling EventView::collectionId()
      with less code.

Now, when in multi-agenda view, new event actions from popup or from toolbar also choose the right collection.

Forward port kolab/issue1765 fixes to trunk: · ed031c02

In multiagenda side by side view, you have one agenda for each collection. If you
double click an agenda, the new event editor should default it's collection
to the one that matches the clicked agenda.

Clear a bit of the newEventSignal(...) mess.

The Akonadi::Collection::List selectedCollection parameter wasn't being used.

I replaced it with Akonadi::Collection::Id, and it means the default collection to be shown in the editor-ng's calendar
      selector.

( if invalid, it fallsback to the default calendar found in config ).

Get rid of the deprecated CollectionSelectionProxyModel from CalendarSupport. · f99b1851

It wasn't as easy as replacing it by KCheckableProxyModel though. The
CollectionSelectionProxyModel also did sorting and filtering. Therefore the
uses of the removed model got replaced by the following chain:

${SourceModel} | The original source model
QSortFilterProxyModel | Sorts the model by name
KColumnFilterProxyModel | Makes sure that only the first column is shown
KCheckableFilterProxyModel | Makes the visible column(s) checkable
