Added a "Open destination folder after compression" setting

Hello.

This MR is in my opinion, a better solution to !87 (merged) which ended up closing !86 (closed).

Instead of removing this feature, implementing it properly is what I believe should be done. Because of this, I created an additional settings page just for Compression, like there is one for Extraction.

Right now, Open destination folder after compression is the only setting in that page but this allows for more settings to be added there in the future.

Slightly unrelated, it appears that a post in Nate's blog incorrectly named the changes of my previous MR as those changes were for extraction, but the in the blog it is listed as compression.

With this MR, now both extraction and compression have their own settings to open the destination directory or not.

PS: The new compression settings page uses the same icon as extraction page. Honestly I have no idea which icon I should use so kept it as the same one.
