This is only one approach to the problem, another way would be to rename the icon in the repository. I think that's what is recommended by the flatpak people, but its fairly uncommon in KDE.

Fixes:

11:04:42  WARNING: Icon not matching app id in /home/packaging/jenkins/app/export/share/applications/org.kde.basket.desktop: basket
11:04:42  WARNING: Icon referenced in desktop file but not exported: basket

in the binary factory logs.
