remove HistoryAction

Han Young requested to merge work/hany/revise_historycollection into master

Remove go-forward and go-back actions.

We have 'go-back', 'go-forward' and 'go-up'. It's hard to wrap head around what each action does. 'go-up' and directory tree navigation should be sufficient.
