      Make quick-open a bit more flexible · 5c520a0a
      Waqar Ahmed authored
Currently quick-open cannot narrow down the search. So, if in a project
you have a file "some_file.cpp". You cannot use "so fi" to get to the
file, you have to type more than half if there are multiple files
that start with the same prefix.

Fix quick open mode selection · 4fbe4073
      Christoph Cullmann authored
      Summary:
Me being an idiot and all forgot to change the quick open model when configuration dialog changes the mode (sigh).

So fixing that. Testing manually it seems that now it behaves as expected.

      Thanks for being so patient.

Fix Duplicates on Quick Open File · d6e38c0c
      Tomaz Canabrava authored
      Summary:
The logic on the quick open was overcomplex, and it led to
bugs while filling the document list.
The new logic fills a vector with all the files,
organizes them by Url, remove the files based on the
duplicated url's (so name matching doesn't matter) and only
then starts to populate the view.

I belive this is also faster than the old code as I minimized
the amount of memory allocations and deallocations.

I'm unsure about the use of QFileInfo in the end of the code as
we can have too many files there and creating a temporary
QFileInfo just to get the name is a huge overhead, we can do a split('/').last()
for the file name. I'll do some measurements with that.

      revert commit 2f59158e · 9a80eb04
      Dominik Haumann authored
Revert (we need a special ctrl+tab switcher):
Even more quick way to switch to a previous document: show opened docs
list (project files) only if user holds a `Ctrl` for awhile (~200ms),
otherwise just quick-quick-switch to a previous document w/o flikering
      w/ widgets...

LRU sorted document switching · cc340e87
      Christoph Cullmann authored
will keep track on view activation
the CTRL-ALT-O list is LRU sorted, latest used doc first
pre-seletected is the previous used doc
just cursor down to broswe in LRU history order
we can't have CTRL-ALT-LEFT/RIGHT do that without such a dialog, otherwise you just would
swap between the latest 2 documents, as as soon as the next one is activated, the last
used one will be next in lru stack
