[UNB] Animate Matching folding region.

When you have a code that matches a folding region, like:

{
blablabla
}

KTextEditor already matches the color of the { and }, and that's good. but a subtle animation on the matching pair will be easier to spot where the folding region is.

on KTextEditor, do a subtle animation on the pair, pulsing the size a bit.
