TabMimeData: Set URLs on mime data

Allows to drag the tab into non-Kate applications that only understand actual URLs.

I can now drag tabs from KWrite into Qt Creator or gedit.

Doesn't seem like I can drag them into myself, so the "reject own viewspace drags" logic still works.
