Draft: build-plugin: add install command and auto detect run commands

draft because i still need to clean up some stuff and think of a better way to run the build, install and run commands sequentially, rn its kinda hacky and it spawns 2 terminal tabs

and maybe try to add more run commands automatically, currently i made it only add executables that are installed, but could try adding ones from the build directory too maybe if they are not installable
