KateSaveModifiedDialog: Call super showEvent

QDialog does its centering over the parent window in showEvent. Not calling it may result in the window showing in the top left.

KateSaveModifiedDialog: Play sound only for non-spontaneous events

On X11, restoring a window from minimized also constitutes a show event. We don't want the sound play whenever we do that.
