UI: Move Import/Export buttons to bottom-left layout

Under the guidance of Kåre Särs, I have updated the Template Manager UI to improve the button layout.

Previously, the buttons were positioned in a way that didn't fully align with standard dialog layouts. Moving them to the bottom-left.

Changes

  • Created a new QHBoxLayout for the bottom area.
  • Moved import/export buttons to this layout.
