Draft: Close All Documents also close application if option for that is selected
When the option to close the Application when the last opened document is closed is selected, obey that and really close the application when calling close all.
Also, if the option is selected and the last document is closed, close the application in that case.
No tests yet, finding it hard to test this with the application closed.
