The source project of this merge request has been removed.
Open Folder With: Kate
This commit adds inode/directory to the list of supported mimetypes.
This allows Kate to show up with the "Open With" option in file browsers; this accounts for the fact Kate on master can now open folders as projects.
This isn't needed for KWrite since it lacks a projects plugin.
