Remove the run-query default shortcut as its ambiguous

The shortcut Ctrl+E is currently assigned twice by default. On the one hand for the run-query action in the sql plugin and on the other hand for navigating the edit history. The consequence is that neither action can be triggered when the sql plugin is active.

This MR proposes to remove the run-query shortcut, as it is probably less frequently used by most users. Also, it seems to have an arbitrary shortcut, whereas Ctrl+E fits a bit more nicely to the go back in edit history action.
