Allow setting breakpoints from the icon border

Adds a convenient way to set a breakpoint. Also changes the breakpoint icon to the breakpoint icon.

Please also apply frameworks/ktexteditor!441 (merged), otherwise this patch will have no visibile effect (aside from changing the icon)
