Refactor History panel

Current history panel need refactoring to provide more flexibility and improve UX.

Current	[Draft] Proposed

-Maybe a delete button for each entry would also be useful, and a delete all history button. Open to changes.

-Memory entries could be added in a second tab in the panel.
