Update Alarm Popup UI to Better Fit Mobile Displays

Some small updates to the alarm popup visual layout to better fit on mobile displays.

Changes include

  • Making the snooze and dismiss buttons shrink if there is not enough space.
  • Moving the buttons to the bottom of the screen.
  • Small button visual changes
  • Adding a bell ringing animation.
  • Making the default alarm name "Alarm" if no name is not specified.
