Bug fix for sorting by size: qt seems to ignore space with lexicographical sort, hence the scheme used to sort by size doesn't work (pad with 0s instead).
Changed "C&ase sensitive" to "Case s&ensitive" (again?) due to accel conflict with "Save &As" (note: it cannot be C because of "&Close", A because of "Save &As" nor S because of "&subdirectories" and accel key needs to be consistent between tabs).
After writing this patch on a 166 (and waiting for it to compile), I deserve to be added to the credits :)
