Fix typo in message for force-killing session

Anthony Wang requested to merge xy/konsole:master into master

The message The program '%1' is in this session would not die. contains an extra "is" compared to the similar message a few lines above it: A program in this session would not die.

The typo still appears in the konsole.po internationalization files. I tried fixing those too but I received an Audit failure when pushing the fix.
