Fix hanging output on bad escape codes.

My branch name is a bit misleading, I don't think the graphics code is related (I tried bisecting, but it's broken from way back before the sixel and iterm stuff).

Also added imgcat which will show an image in the terminal to check that I didn't break that code at least and I didn't notice any other regressions.
