Instead of updating I removed some code that has been commented out since 2007 (KRSlots::changeTrashIcon).
Moved the refreshing of KrColorCache to Krusader main window, that one is a widget and can receive the palette change event. At least now the cache refresh gets called when changing colors in system settings. Panels are still not changing color though.
