They added no functionality to the [US]IntSpinBox classes, tgey only set
the minimum and maximum values. Thanks to removing them
libkasten2okteta1controllers.so text+data size is down by 28 794 bytes.

before it was just added to ${KDE4_KDEUI_LIBS}

Also adds helper macro KDESDK_OPTIONAL_ADD_SUBDIRECTORY for listing all the
self-containing submodules without breaking the builds for those without a
complete checkout of the whole KDESDK module
