Some fixes to Steinicke NGC/IC catalog:

1. The dec of objects that were in the 0° to -1° band were stored with
   the wrong sign

2. All nebulae and supernova remnants that were not planetary nebulae
   were marked as "Supernova Remnant". Now they are marked as "Gaseous
   Nebula" or "Supernova Remnant" as the case may be. Although "Dark
   Nebula" is special-cased, there are no dark nebulae in the catalog!

3. I think the handling of asterisms vs. catalog stars was earlier
   different, also we used to mark "STAR" instead of
   "CATALOG_STAR". This is somewhat a matter of preference, not a real
   distinction. Double stars and asterisms are now marked "ASTERISM",
   single stars are marked "CATALOG_STAR".

4. Objects superposed on other objects, usually HII regions in
   galaxies, are now included. It is handy to have them in KStars,
   e.g. NGC 604 is a very popular object which is a humongous bright
   HII region in M33.

These fix KStars issues 188 and 187.
