No more comments

Unfortunately, the switch to a static blogging platform, Hugo, means that there is no longer a possibility to comment on blog posts. This is not mentioned in the announcement, so was that limitation even considered when the switch to Hugo was decided? And even worse, all the existing comments were not migrated and are simply gone.

blogs.kde.org has in the past been a place for constructive discussions such as https://web.archive.org/web/20240228164658/https://blogs.kde.org/2023/08/06/lets-burn-planet-because-we-can/#comments – those are now gone (or relegated to web.archive.org), and such discussions will also no longer be possible in the future.
