macOS by default has some intense font smoothing going on, this
makes the KDE logo look really heavy especially on non-"Retina"
screens.

Adding two vendor-specific properties to tell the browser to use
a different method for smoothing the font makes it look much
better.

Allow details on bugs to be shown on search engine results (Google at least already visit us, they just won't show the results)
Hopefully this doesn't cause abusive bots to cause the server to have issues.

We get a *lot* of manually-reported crash bug reports where the user
does not attach a backtrace, or attached a useless one with no debug
symbols. This wastes time for both bug triagers and reporters. Let's
add a reminder to the template to hopefully cut down on the frequency
of this occurrence.

Not only does MySQL not support this (the correct thing to do is to not add the where condition) but this isn't something we should be doing for Simple Searches in any case.

The correct thing to do if you want a list of all bugs would be to do an Advanced Search on the appropriate states you are interested in
