Remove 'Integrate a settings module'

Nicolas Fella requested to merge nicolasfella/docs-plasma-mobile-org:patch-4 into master

It refers to ActiveSettings.SettingsItem which isn't used anywhere and suggested for removal in https://invent.kde.org/kde/plasma-settings/merge_requests/15.

It's implementation is based on PlasmaComponents.

If we want to have a 'inline config' concept we should create something based on Kirigami and modern KCM tech
