Remove SSH keys

SSH keys are now managed through GitLab. However, KDE Identity still requires users to upload an ssh public key when requesting developer access. Then that key isn't used for anything.

We should remove the ssh key field from the developer access form, and the "manage ssh keys" in the user profile. It doesn't matter if ssh keys remain in LDAP; we just need to get rid of the UI.
