Fix and improve the get-it page

Minor fixes are made on the get-it page:

  • Fix the informational text on "Install Kate via Discover" buttons, which was hidden after changes in 29d56da3.
  • Use black badges.
  • Use PNG images in badges instead of SVG.
  • Improve margins on buttons.
