Fix urls to api.kde.org

The old url returned a 404 Not Found.

There are more occurences of https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/... in the repo, namely in the translation files (po/) and older blog posts (content/post/). On both I'm not sure, how the respective process works & if the links should be fixed as well.
