find breeze-icons against a complete list of projects

previously the projects array was filtered to get more speed towards applications' extraction. this resulted in breeze-icons not being found anymore because it would have been filtered along with all other frameworks

there now is a complete list of projects we check against to determine which product breeze-icons is part of
